When handled effectively, conflict fosters creativity, strengthens relationships and improves team performance. This session looks at the key drivers of conflict, conflict styles and techniques to address conflict. This session also addresses the importance of feedback and difficult conversation in the conflict process to help mitigate challenges and build relationships so that when conflict does arise, there is a foundation of trust and safety thus reducing the intensity of the challenge.
