Turning the EZLynx Blueprint into Action
Implementing EZLynx is as much about leading change as it is about technology. In this session, we’ll revisit the EZLynx Blueprint, a framework designed to help agencies navigate implementation and adoption across their organization.
Alliance Leaders will share their perspectives on each step of the Blueprint, beginning with high-level strategy and implementation tips, and discussing how they’ve approached change, communication, and staff buy-in along the way. The conversation will touch on core areas of the Blueprint — including foundations, service, engagement, centers, performance, and workflows — offering real-world viewpoints at every step.
This meeting is designed to spark ideas, share lessons learned, and help members think more intentionally about how they implement and support EZLynx within their teams.
