Owner/Principal Alliance Peer Roundtables
To round out 2025, the Owner/Principal Alliance is hosting peer-led roundtable discussions, giving leaders the opportunity to compare approaches, share practical strategies, and learn from one another’s experiences. Attendees will join one of three facilitated break-out rooms:
- Reports & Dashboards – Explore reporting and performance metrics you rely on most, including how you are making the most of Epic Dashboards. Discuss what’s working, where gaps exist, and how you translate data into decisions.
- Setting Goals for the New Year – Share planning frameworks, timelines, and methods for aligning your team around strategic priorities for the year ahead.
- Bring Your Own Topic – An open forum for real-time challenges, emerging ideas, or questions you’d like to workshop with other owners and principals.
We'll close the session out with a chance to come back together and share takeaways from each of the discussions.
