Total CSR in the Real World: Demo & Alliance Panel

Following strong interest and continued discussion from our last Alliance meeting, the Operations & Managerial Alliance is excited to bring members a deeper look at Total CSR and how organizations are maximizing use of their training and development tools every day.

Ashton Volk, VP of Sales at Total CSR, will provide a live demo and overview of their products and services, along with a preview of the 2026 roadmap. We’ll explore which solutions agencies are actively leveraging today, as well as high-potential tools that may be underutilized. 

Following the demo, Alliance Leaders will share how they are using Total CSR within their own organizations — offering practical insight into implementation, team engagement, and measurable impact.

Whether you’re currently using Total CSR or evaluating how it may support your agency’s training and operational goals, this session is designed to provide thoughtful perspective, real-world application, and space for meaningful discussion with fellow users.
