EZLynx’s new commercial lines application and submission workflow provides the efficiency gains needed to thrive in the small-to-medium commercial insurance space.

A new campaign performance screen provides easy-to-consume summaries of an email campaign’s success, including delivery rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes, open rates and click rates, so agencies can adjust their strategy and refine messaging to improve results. For example, study your click rates to determine the types of content your clients find most engaging.
Looking Ahead
At this year’s Applied Net, we showed glimpses of some very exciting things to come. We explained that EVA isn't just a series of point solutions. She represents an intelligent layer that is seamlessly woven into EZLynx. A layer that’s always present, always learning and designed to scale across your entire customer journey.
Attendees saw EVA transcribe the recording of a phone call between an agent and a prospective client, extract the relevant details, create the customer record, pre-populate the application and retrieve a quote.
EVA also delivered instant, context-aware responses to natural language questions — summarizing complex topics and linking directly to source data. What’s Mr. Jacob’s deductible for collision? Does Mary’s policy include towing service? How much did Joe Castillo’s premium increase at renewal? It is like having an AI-powered search engine built into your agency management system. But EVA is so much more, because she can also take action: texting ID cards, sharing certificates, emailing clients to answer their questions and scheduling crucial follow-up tasks for the coming days.
