Strategic Planning with Purpose: Peer Panel & 2025 Applied Net Tips
Join the Operations, Managerial & Finance Alliance for a focused Alliance meeting designed to support agency leaders as they plan for what’s next, both in their organizations and at Applied Net 2025.
We’ll kick things off with a brief look at what makes strategic planning effective, sharing a simple framework and key questions to consider as you guide your agency through growth and change. Then, we’ll move into a practical panel discussion featuring peers from the ACN community who will share how their organizations are tackling major planning conversations—topics like staffing and headcount decisions, succession planning, benchmarking, project management resources, and how they approach change management in a fast-moving environment.
To close out the meeting, we’ll shift gears and talk Applied Net 2025. Whether you’re attending for the first time or are a returning participant, we’ll highlight what to expect and how to make the most of the experience.
