Enhancing Financing Workflows with FIRST Pay for Epic
Join the Canadian Alliance for an interactive meeting with Susanna Fraser-Kuipers from FIRST Insurance Funding of Canada. Susanna will provide an overview of the FIRST Pay for Epic integration and demonstrate how users can leverage the integration to manage premium financing activities directly within Epic.
Topics will include:
- How to create new and renewal finance quotes through the FIRST Pay for Epic integration
- How to import a quote into Epic when completed outside the system (for example, via email)
- How to manage finance contracts within Epic, including installment date lookups, contract endorsements, and accessing documents and attachments
- Q&A
This session will include interactive chat discussions and polling, with a focus on premium financing workflows and best practices using the FIRST Pay integration.
