This case study follows an agency that found the standard Applied Epic opportunity reports to be insufficient. In this session you will learn how this agency was able to customize the Applied Epic reports without the use of the Bulk Data Extract tool or manually manipulating data in Microsoft Excel. After making extensive changes to the report layouts this agency was able to report out both producer progress and producer goals for a number of critical metrics, including: year to date revenue, average account size, appointments completed, proposals completed. In addition hit ratios at every step of the sales process are tracked.
