The Owner/Principal Alliance is bringing members together for a forward-looking conversation on how AI and emerging technologies are beginning to shape the future of the insurance agency—and what that could mean for your business.

We’ll explore how agencies are adapting to shifting customer expectations, evolving service models, and new tools like AI and virtual support. From changes in how business is conducted to how client relationships are developing, this session will focus on what’s already happening and where things may be headed next.

More importantly, this will be a chance to step back and think about what it all means for your agency. Whether you’re actively exploring new technologies or just starting to consider what the future might look like, the goal is to share perspectives, spark ideas, and help you walk away with a clearer sense of direction.
