From Idea to Impact: Building Copilot Agents with Real Business Value for Large Agents
The Large Agents Alliance is hosting a hands-on session led by Jason Gobbel with Kite Technology, focused on how large agents can move from AI curiosity to real-world application. AI agents are no longer theoretical, and deploying them doesn’t require a technical background. In this session, Jason will demonstrate how agencies can design and launch purpose-built AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance internal knowledge access, streamline workflows, and improve staff experiences.
Through a live, practical walkthrough, attendees will explore how to identify high-value agency use cases, structure an AI agent for measurable impact, and thoughtfully manage how knowledge and data are accessed. Designed specifically with large agencies in mind, this meeting will provide a repeatable framework for building and managing AI agents that drive meaningful operational outcomes.
