The EZLynx User Alliance is hosting a peer panel discussion on employee morale and agency culture, two areas that play a critical role in long-term agency success.
Panelists will share how they approach performance reviews, compensation and incentives, recognition, and accountability, along with how they navigate team dynamics and staff buy-in. The conversation will also touch on bridging gaps between producers and service teams and maintaining strong employee morale.
This session is designed to be practical and discussion-driven, offering real-world perspectives and ideas you can apply within your own agency.
