Join the Client Facing Service – Personal & Commercial Lines Alliance Community for a practical, expert-driven meeting led by Maureen Boeing of Maureen Boeing Consulting, a Preferred Consultant Partner of Applied Systems. 

This Alliance meeting will focus on everyday Applied Epic servicing workflows that will help your client‑facing teams work smarter and stay organized, including:

  • Streamlining activities, tasks, and follow‑ups
  • Navigating accounts, contacts, and policies more efficiently
  • Handling certificates, transactions, and renewals with fewer clicks
  • Using shortcuts and system features that reduce rework and data entry
  • Applying consistent servicing practices across personal and commercial lines

Expect real‑world examples, time‑saving tips, and open discussion with peers who understand the realities of client‑facing service work. You’ll leave with ideas you can put to work immediately.
