Join the Employee Benefits Alliance for a discussion focused on how agencies are successfully planning, prioritizing, and implementing new tools, workflows, and product enhancements within their organizations.
Through a user panel of benefits professionals, this session will explore how agencies build and maintain a strategic implementation roadmap, including who is involved in decision-making, how priorities are set, and the resources teams rely on to guide new initiatives. Panelists will also share practical approaches for gaining staff buy-in, deploying changes that impact multiple departments, and managing change effectively across teams and generations.
The conversation will include real-world examples of recent implementations, lessons learned, and strategies for aligning benefits operations with broader agency technology and process decisions.
