Part 2: Bringing SOPs and Workflows to Life in Your EZLynx Agency
In Part 1, we focused on identifying the right SOPs and workflows to build, aligning them with EZLynx, and creating a plan to get started. In this follow-up session, we’ll turn our attention to what it takes to successfully implement and operate those workflows in a real agency environment.
EZLynx User Alliance Leaders will explore strategies for gaining team buy-in, driving consistent adoption, and building accountability around daily use. We’ll also look at how agencies are managing their SOPs over time, including how to review, update, and audit workflows so they continue to serve your team effectively.
To wrap up, we’ll share a few real workflow examples and templates, giving you practical tools and inspiration you can apply right away.
Whether you’re launching new processes or refining existing ones, this session will help you turn plans into action and keep your workflows working long term.
