Improving Your Annual Review Process Through Peer Perspectives

Employee reviews are a cornerstone of strong agency operations, but the approach, tools, and conversations behind them can vary widely. Join the Operations, Managerial & Finance Alliance for a peer-led session focused on practical, real-world strategies to refine and strengthen your review process.

We’ll begin with a panel featuring Alliance Leaders and colleagues, who will share how their organizations approach reviews, from drafting and benchmarking to incorporating peer feedback and navigating tough conversations. Make sure to submit your questions on the registration form to shape the discussion to what you want to hear.

After the panel, participants will move into topic-based break-out discussions, with rooms dedicated to using AI in the review process, leveraging benchmarking as part of performance evaluation, and practicing annual review conversations through guided roleplay scenarios.

We’ll wrap up by bringing the group back together to highlight key takeaways from each room, giving you a well-rounded set of ideas and approaches to bring back to your agency.
