The EZLynx User Alliance is hosting a peer panel discussion on employee relations and agency culture, two areas that play a critical role in long-term agency success.
Panelists will share how they approach performance reviews, compensation and incentives, recognition, and accountability, along with how they navigate team dynamics, onboarding, and staff buy-in. The conversation will also touch on managing relationships in the workplace, bridging gaps between producers and service teams, and maintaining strong employee morale.
This session is designed to be practical and discussion-driven, offering real-world perspectives and ideas you can apply within your own agency.
