Epic Bridge Unpacked: A Canadian Alliance Peer Conversation

The Canadian Alliance is kicking off 2026 with a peer-driven conversation focused on Epic Bridge, Epic's newest enhancement designed to increase connectivity between your inbox and Epic. This session will feature a user panel, allowing users to hear directly from peers about their early experiences with Epic Bridge, use cases, and lessons learned so far.

ACN member panelists will share what prompted adoption of Epic Bridge, how they’re using it within their operations, and what’s working well in practice. We’ll also discuss challenges, adoption considerations, and early outcomes to help others better understand what implementation and day-to-day use can look like.

We are excited to be joined by Amanda Recchia, an Applied representative, to offer additional context, answer questions, and clarify product functionality as needed.

Whether you’re actively using Epic Bridge, considering it, or simply looking to learn from peers who are further along, this session is designed to offer practical insights and real-world perspectives from within the Canadian Epic user community.
