Back to Basics: Real‑World Accounting & Finance Conversations with Alliance Leaders

Join the Accounting & Finance Alliance for a practical, peer‑led discussion focused on the real processes behind the numbers, including what works, what doesn’t, and how peers across ACN are approaching everyday financial challenges.

We’ll kick things off with an Alliance Leader Panel, where experienced leaders will share their perspectives on core accounting and finance workflows, including:

  • Direct Bill commission processes
  • PR / BR commissions
  • Month‑end financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Premium payables and vendor payables

Participants are also encouraged to share their own experiences and help answer peers’ questions, making this a truly collaborative session.

After the panel, we’ll break into break-out discussions for deeper, more personal conversations. Attendees can choose which leader they’d like to join and spend time asking questions, swapping ideas, and learning how others tackle similar challenges.
