To kick things off, ACN Staff will show us highlights from the recently updated ACN Website and Community Forums.
Following, we'll be joined by Bobbie Fernandez of Agency Performance Partners to discuss navigating the hard market. Bobbie will cover tips on renewals and expectations to set with your clients, followed by a Q&A. Following the Q&A will be break-out discussions for both Personal & Commercial Lines to share experiences and discuss best practices with peers.
