For New Members

Advantage Membership

Applied Client Network membership covers users of products such as Applied Epic, Applied TAM, CSR24, Applied Mobile, Applied MobileInsured and Applied Analytics. This membership category is for agencies and brokerages using any software from the Applied Systems portfolio. Whether you are a principal at a small office in California or the CSR for a larger brokerage in Canada, the many programs Applied Client Network offers can benefit nearly any position in your team. Membership is issued to the agency or brokerage office location, so a membership fee for each individual user is not required — one membership covers all users in your office location.

Enterprise Membership

If your agency or brokerage has more than 125 licenses total across all of your office locations, you qualify for Enterprise membership. Enterprise membership offers a lot of unique benefits for larger agencies/brokerages who exist in multiple locations and states/provinces. If you meet the criteria for Enterprise membership, please reach out to info@appliedclientnetwork.org for a custom package that suits your organization. Membership cannot be obtained online.

EZLynx Membership

Applied Client Network is excited to now offer membership for EZLynx users! Membership for EZLynx users includes exclusive benefits such as networking roundtables, newsletters, educational webinars and professional development. For Renewing Members

If you are renewing your current membership and need your renewal invoice sent to you, email us at info@appliedclientnetwork.org. You can pay your invoice by credit card, ACH or check which can be mailed to the address shown on your invoice. If you have any questions please let us know at the email address provided above.

For industry members who are not Applied product end users, we offer associate member types which allow you to connect and participate with our community. Learn more about the membership type your organization may benefit from below. 

General Associate Membership

A membership designed specifically to give third-party vendors the opportunity to participate in our community. This membership is geared toward companies identifying as insurance industry solution providers, marketing firms and other industry organizations in the sale, marketing or promotion of insurance products or accessory line of products services to insurance agents and brokers. As a member you will have access to Applied Net conference discounts, localized communities of users, our community forums, your own company listing in our directory, networking opportunities and more.

Insurance Carrier Associate Membership

This membership category has been designed to offer insurance carriers the opportunity to join our organization and promote their download, real-time and automated data exchange solutions. The insurance sales ecosystem is in many ways a three-way partnership between the independent agency, the insurance provider and the provider of automation in the agency. Insurance carrier membership provides open communication between all three parties and allows you to get involved in the ACN community.

Consultant Associate Membership 

This membership is offered to technical personnel and automation consultants whose business provides technical and automation related services for hardware and software used by insurance agents and brokers. As a member you will have access to Applied Net Conference discounts, community forums, your company listing on our web site, networking opportunities and more.

Educational presentations are a valuable member benefit to Consultant Associate Members where you have the opportunity to:

• Submit abstracts and present at Applied Net and other events at no charge, 
• Receive an honorarium in connection with presentations at Applied Net and Chapter meetings and events, if eligible,
• And, receive a complimentary listing in our online speaker database that serves as a central source for volunteers looking to source content and programming for events.

* If an abstract submitted by a non-member is selected for presentation at Applied Net or another event, the non-member speaker will be required to submit a $795 speaking fee (regardless of number of sessions presented). With limited exception, honorariums will only be paid to Consultant Associate Members.
