PRODUCT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC)
Applied Client Network and Applied Systems agree that it is important for Applied users to effect change within the products they use on a daily basis. Applied Systems wants and needs Applied Client Network’s assistance in their future product development.
As such, Applied Client Network’s Product Advisory Committee (PAC – Formerly PDC) is a representative sample of the Applied Client Network membership base that works closely with the Product Management (PM) team of Applied Systems to help evaluate the trends in the industry and shape the roadmaps and future direction of Applied’s platforms.
The Applied Client Network PAC and Applied’s PM team have regular engagement touch-points via email and conference calls to discuss these industry trends as well as trending enhancement requests. This feedback is essential in helping to shape the roadmaps for future releases.
Ideas for product enhancements will now flow through the Applied Client Network Product Advisory Community on the Applied Systems Client Portal. Currently the communities are focused on Applied TAM, Applied Epic, Applied CSR24, and Applied MobileProducer with more communities to come in the future. Guidelines for submitting ideas as well as other documentation are available on the Applied Systems Client Portal.
Product enhancements had been handled previously as Program Modification Requests (PMRs) through Corporate Support Systems. PMRs are still in place for:
- Product defects
- Enhancements for products not in the Applied Client Network Product Advisory Community, such as Vision or DORIS
After submitting your idea, you can follow its path through the development cycle via the idea’s status on the Applied Systems Client Portal.
