Given that many agencies may work with dozens, hundreds or even thousands of carriers, and that download settings can be specific to each carrier (or related groups of carriers), specific by transaction type and specific to each Contract/Producer/Agent Code and that these all affect how well download performs, this session will teach strategies to audit and align your settings consistently across related carriers, consistently across your Applied Epic Agency/Branch/Dept/Profit Center structure, and indeed even with the BCO(PPE)/ICO carrier relationships as they exist in Applied Epic. The presenters will demonstrate how to audit these settings via Applied Epic Front-end reports (where appropriate) and via SQL Queries (where a front-end report will not suffice). This will also include strategies for using the Copy configuration tool to align your settings. Did you just have two carriers merge and you are concerned with how the changes will affect your download? This session will help you align your Applied Epic configuration across related carriers.
