Users Helping Others

fooddrive2017Nov.jpgAt Applied Client Network, we have a lot to be thankful for. This past year alone, Applied Client Network revamped our Connections Newsletter, executed a successful and first-ever TAM Week with the participation of 187 members, and accomplished more than 80 successful chapter meetings around the world.  As an organization who promotes the power of community, we believe it is also essential to give back to our local communities, as one of our chapters did this November.

On November 8, 2017, in the spirit of giving thanks, Applied Client Network’s Virginia Chapter went above and beyond to give back to their users and their community. With the support of Imperial PFS, the Virginia Chapter completed a successful Day of Learning and Giving, one that they called, “Users Helping Others.”

Shane Powers, Sales Executive at Imperial PFS, generously donated his time to teach the Virginia Property & Casualty Continuation Education class for two continuing education credits hours and in turn, members were offered the opportunity to give non-perishable items in exchange for attending a continuing education class.

Local Chapter President, Robin Deatherage shared her thankfulness with the event’s turnout by saying, “Throughout the year, our members have embraced the total idea of sharing and transferring knowledge and giving back. The Virginia Chapter’s approach is to better operate prospective agencies, network and provide a better utilization of Applied products, which we accomplished through our Day of Learning and Giving and I was just completely overjoyed by the generosity and giving of over 40 members.”

Congratulations to the Virginia Chapter for their hard work during the year and donating over 100lbs of food to FeedMore in Richmond, Virginia.
