    All Things Download - Even Commercial Lines!

    Ivans Exchange – Connections Grid 
    – A quick review of the Connections grid, deeper look at how to begin the process of (CL) download including testing, how to recall/retrieve files.

    New Business Policy Download - What gets changed, how do you check a policy, what happens when something gets “overwritten” (or does it?), various ways to handle special situations such as when a carrier doesn’t participate in all lines of download.

    Renewal Policy Download – On to renewal processing and how download assists with that process, both with automatic and non-automatic renewals.

    Endorsements – Taking a look at the different ways that endorsements can be requested and how download responds.

    Checking for Accuracy - For the new business/renewals/endorsements, learn how to check each of them for accuracy.   

    Activity Management – Did you know some activities can be auto-closed.  Learn how and discover the possibilities.

    eDocs & Messages – What’s the difference? How are they handled in Epic? How can Epic be configured to rename the files, so they push out to CSR24 with a useful name.  This session explores it all.
