Applied Net 2022: Chapter Challenge

Applied Net 2022 is back in-person and heading to Nashville, TN, October 2-5, 2022! It's time to rally together with your ACN Chapter to make sure your presence is felt at the premier gathering of insurance pros and Applied users of the year. Compete in the Chapter Challenge to earn prizes for this year's Applied Net!

The ACN Chapter Challenge 2022

The goal is to drive participation and engagement at this annual flagship gathering of Applied Systems users. As ACN members, you know community participation contributes to an increased experience, enhanced expertise and a more robust network of professionals that drive collective success for us all.

See details below on how you and your chapter can contribute – and earn some terrific prizes for your chapter in the process. The ACN Chapter Challenge will end before the Volunteer Meeting at Applied Net. 

Prizes 

*If a tie occurs, the winner will be chosen by who has the greater percentage of chapter member agencies registered.

First Prize: 

• Chapter Member Reception
  • Ribbon for your badge allowing you VIP status
  • Personal Bar just for your chapter
  • All the appetizers you can eat
• 4 hotel upgrades for your Chapter leaders
• Applied will sponsor your breakfast/lunch at your next chapter meeting
• All Chapter officers will receive an exclusive Swag Bag
• All Chapter members who selected their chapter while registering will be mailed an exclusive token that will grant you a BONUS SPIN on the Prize Wheel

Second Prize: 

• ACN will sponsor your breakfast/lunch at your next chapter meeting
• All Chapter officers will receive an exclusive Swag Bag

How to Earn Points

Points are earned in a variety of ways:

• Registering chapter members. Be sure to reference your Chapter on the registration form.
  • Receive bonus points for either NEW MEMBERS or FIRST-YEAR MEMBERS WHO RENEWED who register for Applied Net 2022 and select your chapter during registration. 
  • To ensure a fair chance of success for all chapters, the chapter member registration will be based on the total percentage of chapter member agencies registered. Chapter selection cannot be retroactively added to a registration.
• Answering specific social media posts by Applied Client Network on Facebook and Twitter. First, follow us on Facebook and Twitter! Second, your replies can come from a personal social media account or a chapter-affiliated account, within 24 hours of the post.
  • Each engagement from your chapter will be worth one (1) point. When answering point posts, make sure to use your chapter-specific hashtag so we know who to award the points to. Your hashtag is your #ChapterName, ex: #TriState, #Alberta, #DallasFortWorth, #Iowa, #Washington, #Florida, etc.
  • Each chapter can earn up to three (3) points per post. 
• Opportunities for additional points will be announced throughout the challenge—stay tuned!

Please note that in order to enable smaller chapters to a fair chance of success in the challenge and to ensure an equitable contest, consideration will be given to chapter size, the number of volunteers serving as chapter officers, and concentration of Applied Systems installations within a chapter region. 

• All pre-registered attendees will count towards your chapter.
• Any chapter designation must happen at the time of registration. Registration cannot be updated for the chapter challenge once submitted. 

Winners will be announced in Nashville at Applied Net 2022. All prizes can be redeemed until August 31, 2023.
